Junior Full Stack Developer

Tasks:

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to build and maintain web applications.
• Develop back-end features using Laravel, ensuring scalable and secure APIs.
• Build and maintain front-end components using React and JavaScript.
• Style user interfaces with Tailwind CSS to create responsive, user-friendly designs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to improve performance and reliability.
• Work with databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL) to manage and query data efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile, tablet, and desktop views.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprints, standups, and planning sessions.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Laravel for back-end development.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS for creating modern and responsive designs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices.
• Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean).
• Knowledge of unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
